Tenebrosas amenazas de muerte y tortura contra representante a la Cámara Alexánder López : Indymedia Colombia

La Asociación Nomadesc y los miembros de la Campaña “Prohibido Olvidar” abajo firmantes, denunciamos las graves amenazas dirigidas por escrito al Representante a la Cámara ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ MAYA y hacemos un llamado urgente a la comunidad nacional e internacional para que exijan al gobierno colombiano garantías para salvaguardar la integridad física del doctor LÓPEZ y su familia.

En medio de la investigación que efectúa la Fiscalia General de la Nación sobre “Operación Dragón” continúan llegando amenazas de muerte en contra de personas y organizaciones que aparecen en esta lista el siguiente es uno de los casos mas graves.

LOS HECHOS

1.- El pasado 25 de Octubre llego un sobre escrito a maquina y dirigido a “CÁMARA DE REPRESENTANTES Plaza de Bolívar BOGOTÁ. En el lugar del remitente escriben tal como lo trascribimos “SINTRAEMCALI Calle 18 No. 6-54 B. San Nicolás. CALI recibido el 25 de Octubre 2004 a las 2:20 p.m.”, dicho sobre fue al parecer entregado directamente en la oficina de correspondencia del Congreso y no enviado por ningún servicio de correo.

2.- Con Fecha 27 de octubre de 2004 RAYMUNDO MÉNDEZ BECHARA, Secretario Privado de la Presidencia del Congreso dirigió oficio al Dr ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ MAYA, con copia al Sr. Coronel JERSON JAIR CASTELLANOS SOTO, Oficial Enlace y seguridad a Congresistas, la siguiente comunicación: “Respectado doctor: Siguiendo instrucción de la Señora Presidente de la Cámara de Representantes, Doctora Zulema Jattin Corrales, remito a usted un anónimo dirigido a usted ”

3.- El Sobre de color blanco y con ribetes rojo y azul (no utilizados en la actualidad pues hace años cayeron en desuso) contenía un tenebroso manuscrito dirigido al Dr. ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ MAYA; en el escrito textualmente se lee:

“ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ MAYA Gonorrea purulenta - estas marcando calavera- ya hueles a formol, hijo de puta, mal parido- te vamos a matar por todas las fechorías y bellaquerías que has cometido contra el pueblo de Cali- pero antes te vamos a torturar- te sacaremos los ojos – tecercenaremos la lengua – te cortaremos las orejas- te arrancaremos las uñas – te vamos a meter sendos balazos por las rodillas- te trituraremos las guevas con una martillo - te meteremos una barra de acero al rojo vivo por el culo- y te abriremos el vientre, te rellenaremos con piedras y te lanzaremos al cauca – Te odiamos, hijo de puta eres pura cagada Ya tu sabes quienes somos”… este texto seguido de una calavera.

3. Es importante resaltar que el doctor ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ MAYA, por motivo de su actividad parlamentaria se encontraba en la ciudad de Quito Ecuador y solo conoció dicho documento el día 2 de noviembre.

El tenebroso manuscrito llega el pasado miércoles a la presidencia del congreso dirigida a ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ

ANTECEDENTES RECIENTES:

El día jueves 21 de octubre de 2.000, siendo la 1:25 p.m. la señora TANIA VALENCIA se despalzaba hacia SINTRAEMCALI, en su vehículo por la carrera 8 con calle 25 cuando a la altura del semáforo un individuo
armado se subió al vehiculo y le apuntó con un arma de fuego, al tiempo que le decía en tono amenazante “continué hacia Jamundí”. La señora Valencia asustada y pensando que le iban a robar el carro le manifestó al individuo “si se va a llevar el carro lléveselo pero no me vaya a hacer nada”, el individuo le replicó no queremos el carro la queremos a usted y le ordenó parar en la siguiente esquina donde dos individuos más abordaron el vehículo.

Los hombres todos ellos armados le gritaban por el camino, “Perra, Vagabunda, zorra, sindicalista ahora si vas a saber lo que es bueno”.

Cuando llegaron a Jamundí la hicieron descender del vehículo, ella sólo alcanzó a notar un letrero que decía Potrerito. Uno de los hombres la golpeó en la cara haciéndole bajar la cabeza y la obligaron a caminar hacia una casa que estaba muy oscura y allí uno de los individuos comenzó a interrogarla mientras le infringía golpes en las mejillas, díganos ¿cuáles son las actividades de ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ, CARLOS MARMOLEJO Y CARLOS OCAMPO, cuáles son sus proyectos ¿Quiénes son los Indumil usted es una de ellos no? ¿Que relaciones tienen con la subversión? ” Ella le manifestó que no sabía nada de eso que ella había trabajado en EMCALI durante 15 años y que era Jubilada. Que había sido delegada sindical pero que no sabía más.

Durante el tiempo del interrogatorio uno de los individuos manifestaba que a CARLOS MARMOLEJO y a CARLOS OCAMPO había que darles en la cabeza porque ellos estaban obstaculizando el proceso. Y que si ella no colaboraba le iba a ir muy mal. Mientras otros decían “subámosla, subámosla, que ella sale en las fotos y en los videos y además no esta colaborando”

Posteriormente otro de los individuos dijo te vamos a dejar viva pero sólo para que le lleve una razón a ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ. “Dígale que se retire del proceso o sino le vamos a dar en la cabeza”. “Dígale a ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ MAYA que los procesos y los proyectos que el tenia pendientes los suspenda por que sino se va a dar cuenta muy pronto de nosotros, vamos a acabar con su grupo” Luego la empujaron muy fuerte y casi cae de espaldas y le dijo vamos acabar con todos empezando por usted Hijueputa”

Ya era de noche cuando la dejaron ir ella no sabía que horas eran y tampoco supo como llegó conduciendo su vehículo a Cali a pues al parecer entro en show, ella se dirigió a otra casa que no era la suya pues tenia miedo que la estuvieran siguiendo y cuando pregunto la hora ya eran las 12: 15 de la noche.

ANTECEDENTES

1. El día lunes 23 de agosto de 2004 el Representante ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ MAYA, fue alertado de un plan que se estaría fraguando para asesinar a varios líderes políticos, sindicales y de derechos humanos, preparado por militares activos y en retiro los cuales operan desde las ciudades de Cali, Medellín, Barranquilla, Ibagué y Bogota, según la información recibida los primeros en la lista serian ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ, BERENICE CELEYTA Y LUIS HERNÁNDEZ, con quines deberían proceder a partir del 23 de agosto de 2004.

2. El día 25 la Fiscalía y el Cuerpo Técnico de Investigaciones CTI, realizaron dos allanamientos, en la ciudad de Cali y Medellín. En el allanamiento del apartamento 301, del edificio El Castillo, ubicado en la Avenida 4 norte Número 8N-37 de Calí, los investigadores encontraron una carpeta, integrada por 21 folios, con la inscripción “SECRETO”. El escrito había sido remitido, el 24 de mayo de 2003, desde Santiago de Calí, por la CENTRAL DE INTELIGENCIA MILITAR DEL EJÉRCITO REGIONAL DE INTELIGENCIA MILITAR No 3, al Señor Coronel, Director Central de Inteligencia, en Bogotá. El documento fue numerado internamente bajo la referencia: 093 CIME-RIME3-INT4-252.

3. En todos los documentos encontrados en el allanamiento de Calí -incluyendo el del Ejército se hace énfasis en las actividades políticas adelantadas por miembros del Polo Democrático, Frente Social y Político, Alternativa Democrática, en estos documentos se menciona repetitivamente el nombre del Dr. ALEXÁNDER LÓPEZ MAYA.

URGENT ACTION

SINISTER DEATH THREAT AGAINST CONGRESSMAN ALEXANDER LOPEZ MAYA FORMER SINTRAEMCALI'S PRESIDENT

NOMADESC and the below-signed members of the campaign "Prohibido Olvidar" / Never Forget denounce:

The grave written death threats against Congress Representantive ALEXANDER LOPEZ MAYA a nd we make an urgent call to the national and international community to demand that the Colombian government guarantees to safeguard the physical integrity of Doctor LÓPEZ and his family.

Death threats are continuing against those individuals cited in the secret lists of the recently revealed "Operation Dragon", which is in the middle of investigation by the national Attorney General. This is one of the more serious cases:

THE EVENTS

1.On 25 October an envelope arrived with a type written address directed to "CHAMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES Plaza de Bolívar BOGOTA". In the place of the sender was put "SINTRA EMCALI Calle 18 No. 6-54 B. San Nicolás. CALI received 25 October 2004 at 2:20 p.m.". This envelope was apparently handed in to the post room in Congress and not sent by any postal service.

2.- On 27 October 2004 RAYMUNDO MENDEZ BECHARA, Private Secretary of the Congress Presidency directed the following communication to Dr ALEXANDER LOPEZ MAYA, with a copy to Colonel JERSON JAIR CASTELLANOS SOTO, Security Liaison Official for Congress: "Respected doctor: Following instructions of the Lady President of the Chamber of Representatives, Doctor Zulema Jattin Corrales, I forward an anonymous letter addressed to you".

3.- The white envelope with red and blue edging (not often seen having fallen into disuse some years ago) contained a sinister manuscript addressed to Dr. ALEXANDER LOPEZ MAYA that read:

"ALEXANDER LOPEZ MAYA rotten gonorrhea – you are dead - you already smell of formaldehyde, son of a bitch, mother fucker - we are going to kill you for all the misdeeds and wicked things that you have committed against the people of Cali - but before that we are going to torture you- we will pull out your eyes – we will cut off your tongue – we will slit off your ears – we will tear out your nails – we will put a bullet in each of your knees - we will crush your balls with a hammer – we will put a red hot steel bar up your backside and we will open your stomach, we will fill you with stones and throw you in the [river] – we hate you, son of a bitch you are pure shit You already know who we are"

The text ends with a skull.

4.- It is important to point out that doctor ALEXANDER LOPEZ MAYA, was in Quito Ecuador carrying out his parliamentary activities and he only knew of this document on 2 November.

The sinister manuscript arrived last Wednesday to the congress presidency addressed to ALEXANDER LOPEZ.

RECENT BACKGROUND:

1. - On Thursday 21 October 2004, at around 1:25 p.m. señora TANIA VALENCIA was travelling towards SINTRAEMCALI in her vehicle, when at the traffic lights at 8th Avenue by 25th Street an armed individual got into the vehicle and pointed a firearm, saying in threatening tone: "continue towards Jamundí". Señora Valencia was afraid and thinking that he was going to rob the case she said "if you want the car, take it but don’t do anything to me". The individual repied that we don’t want the car we want you and ordered her to stop at the next corner where two more individuals bordered the vehicle.

2. - All the men were armed. They shouted "Bitch, Tramp, Slut, trade unionist now you’ll see what is good for you." When they arrived at Jamundí they made her get out of the vehicle, she managed to notice a sign which said Potrerito. One of the men hit her in the face and made her lower her head and forced her to walk towards a house that was very dark and there one of the individuals started to interrogate here while they struck her cheeks. They demanded what were the activities of ALEXANDER LOPEZ, CARLOS MARMOLEJO and CARLOS OCAMPO, what projects were they involved in? Who are the ‘untouchables’ [lit. ones with arms] – are you one of them? What relation so they have with the subversion? " She stated that she did not know anything of this and that she had been working at for 15 years and now she is retired. She was a trade union representative but that is all she knew.

3. - During the interrogation one of the individuals was saying that CARLOS MARMOLEJO and CARLOS OCAMPO had to get it in the head because they were obstructing the process. And that if she did not collaborated it would go very bad for her. Meanwhile the others were saying "let’s mount her, let’s mount her, so that she comes out in photos and in the videos and besides she isn’t collaborating"

4. - Later on another of them said we are going to let her live but only so that she takes a message to ALEXANDER LOPEZ. "Tell him to withdraw from the process, if not we’ll give it to him in the head". "Tell ALEXANDER LOPEZ MAYA that the processes and projects that he has going have to be stopped and if not he is going to, to realise that very soon that we are going finish his group off". Then they pushed her very hard, and she nearly fell backwards. "And tell him", they said, "that we will get rid of you all, starting with you Bitch".

5. - It was already night when they let her go and she did not know the time or how to drive her vehicle back to Cali. Then she seemed to enter into shock, she went to a house that was not hers and she was afraid that they were following her. When she asked the time it was already 12: 15 at night.

PREVIOUS BACKGROUND

On Monday 23 August 2004 Representative ALEXANDER LOPEZ MAYA, was alerted to a plan that was being hatched to assassinate various political, trade union and human rights leaders. The plan was prepared by active and retired military officers that were operating in the cities of Cali, Medellín, Barranquilla, Ibagué and Bogotá. According to the information received the first on the list would be ALEXANDER LOPEZ, BERENICE CELEYTA and LUIS HERNANDEZ, with whom they were going to start from 23 August de 2004.
On 25 August the Attorney General and the Technical Investigation Unit carried out raids in Cali and Medellín. In the raid of apartment 301, El Castillo building, located at No 8N-37, 4th Avenue North in Cali the investigators found a portfolio containing 21 files, with "SECRET" inscribed on them. A report had been remitted on 24 May 2003 from Calí by the MILITARY INTELLIGENCE CENTRE OF THE No 3 REGIONAL ARMY to the Colonel Director of Central Intelligence in Bogotá. The document was internally numbered under the reference: 093 CIME-RIME3-INT4-252.

3. In all the documents found in the Calí raid- including the Army documents – there is an emphasis on the political activities of members of the Polo Democrático, the Social and Political Front [Frente Social y Político] and Alternativa Democrática. In these documents the name of Dr. ALEXANDER LOPEZ MAYA is repeatedly mentioned.
